Partner Intake & Alignment Call

The Drift Stack™
Identity → Frame → Boundary → Drift → Correction
The call has a deliverable
You Should Leave With Something Useful
The purpose of the call is to understand the opportunity, examine the structure of the problem and determine whether there is a credible path forward.
We may conclude that Samirac should help architect and build the platform. We may identify licensing, certification or a deeper commercial partnership as the right structure. We may also conclude that something needs to be corrected, validated or developed before a Samirac engagement makes sense.
Either way, the objective is that you leave with better information than you arrived with.
- A written summary of the important findings from the discussion
- Our view of the strongest opportunity, structural problem or constraint
- Recommended next steps based on what we learned
- Identification of architecture, product, market or execution issues that should be resolved
- A clear indication of whether and how Samirac may be able to help
- Direction toward another path when Samirac is not the right fit
Who this is for
You Do Not Need to Be a Coder
Some of the strongest potential build partners will not arrive with a development team. That is fine.
We are particularly interested in sharp, entrepreneurial, structurally minded people who know an industry, institution or consequential business process extremely well and can see where AI could fundamentally improve it.
Coders can be found. Deep operational knowledge combined with the ability to recognize what should exist next is much harder to find.
What matters
A Viable Idea and Real Knowledge
You do not need to arrive with every resource already assembled. What matters is whether there is something real to work with.
- Deep knowledge of an industry, workflow or institutional problem
- A credible product, platform or agentic opportunity
- An understanding of how the real process actually works
- The ability to identify where the current process breaks down
- Entrepreneurial drive to turn that knowledge into something useful
- A willingness to build the right structure rather than rush into the wrong one
If the idea is viable and the knowledge is real, we will work out what additional people, technology and resources are needed.
Come prepared
What We Need to Understand
This does not need to be a polished investor presentation. We need enough information to understand the opportunity and use the time productively.
- Who you are and what you know particularly well
- The industry, institution or business process you understand
- The problem or opportunity you believe is being missed
- How the process works today and where you believe AI could materially change it
- What already exists, if anything: idea, prototype, company, customers, distribution or prior work
- What you believe you need next
- Any useful links or background we should review
We are not expecting you to arrive with all of the answers. Part of the purpose of the session is determining which questions actually need to be answered.
$250 working session
What Happens After the Call
After the session, we will consolidate the important findings and provide a written summary of what we discussed and what we believe should happen next.
If there is a strong Samirac fit, that may lead to architecture work, a build-and-certify engagement, licensing, implementation support, revenue participation or a selective joint venture.
If Samirac is not the right next step, we will say so. Where we can, we will identify what needs to be fixed, validated or developed first, or point you toward the kind of resource you should be looking for.
The objective is not to force every conversation into a Samirac engagement. The objective is to help determine the right next move.
Bring the Opportunity
If you know a problem well enough to see what should exist next, let's determine whether we can build it.
The Partner Intake & Alignment Call is $250 and includes the working session plus a written summary of findings and recommended next steps.
A viable idea and real domain knowledge are enough to start the conversation. We can figure out the rest.
