The Drift Stack layered architecture: Identity, Frame, Boundary, Drift, and Correction

The Drift Stack™

Identity → Frame → Boundary → Drift → Correction

The foundation behind the architecture

An Operator Before an Architect

My understanding of business began through hands-on work in family-owned businesses, where customers, inventory, deadlines, labor, cash flow and accountability were part of everyday operations.

That operating foundation was later strengthened through military technical training, industrial environments, financial markets, regulated industries and formal technology work.

In 2003, I founded Atlas Analytics and led the company for more than twenty years, specializing in enterprise business intelligence, data warehousing, OLAP, multidimensional analysis and decision-support architecture.

Today, through Samirac Partners LLC and Samirac AI, that experience extends into product development, AI architecture, organizational readiness, execution authority and runtime control.

That breadth is why I do not view technology as an isolated tool. I see the operating process, information, decisions, architecture and consequences as one connected system.

What the breadth produces

Hands-On Technology Leadership

I combine business judgment with the ability to work directly across product definition, enterprise architecture, data modeling, analytical design, backend and frontend engineering, cloud deployment, identity, security, AI memory, runtime state and commercialization.

I work with executives at the operating-model level, translate business needs into technical structure and remain close to engineers, data teams, vendors and production systems through delivery.

The objective is not activity or technology for its own sake. It is to understand how the result is supposed to happen, identify where the system is breaking and establish the structure required to produce the intended outcome.

More than twenty years across enterprise environments

Enterprise Data, BI and Analytical Architecture

Through Atlas Analytics, I spent more than twenty years designing and delivering enterprise business intelligence, data warehousing, analytical systems and decision-support architecture.

My deepest specialization developed in dimensional modeling, conformed dimensions, OLAP, multidimensional databases, MDX, analytical calculations, ETL, performance tuning and the translation of business questions into durable enterprise information structures.

The work crossed a broad range of operating and regulated environments. Although every organization uses different terminology, the structural work remains consistent: understand the business process, identify authoritative information, model the relationships correctly and deliver something people can actually use.

Business Intelligence

Executive analytics, KPI frameworks, reporting, performance management and operational decision support.

Data Warehousing

Enterprise integration, dimensional architecture, data quality, lineage, transformation and historical state.

OLAP and MDX

Multidimensional analysis, complex calculations, semantic models and high-performance analytical design.

Current specialization

AI Systems and Execution Architecture

My current work focuses on systems that can trigger workflows, write to authoritative records, allocate resources, affect customers, influence consequential decisions or produce difficult-to-reverse outcomes.

The goal is not merely to improve model performance. It is to make the complete system coherent: identity that can be trusted, operating state that can be validated, boundaries that can be defended and controls that prevent inadmissible actions before execution.

The work spans product, data, models, agents, governance, runtime state, authority, evidence, execution and correction.

Built, demonstrated and commercialized

Selected Systems and Intellectual Property

dAIsy

Stateful AI architecture with layered identity, frame, reference, conversation, objective, decision, reasoning, relationship, attachment, pending-question and memory state.

AI RADAR™

Organizational AI readiness, lifecycle, authority, risk and execution-readiness assessment platform.

Drift Stack™

Foundational architecture describing how identity, frame, coherence boundary, drift and correction determine system stability.

SAQ™ Unified Trust Stack™

External-validation and execution-admissibility architecture for authority-bearing AI systems.

DeltaDrift™

Detection and correction architecture for systems that must remain aligned with authoritative state over time.

Mind-Mesh

Hybrid semantic, vector, document and relationship-memory architecture for persistent contextual intelligence.

Business, markets and accountability

Financial and Regulated-Industry Foundation

Earlier work in financial markets and regulated environments shaped how I evaluate risk, execution, timing, authority and accountability.

Those environments made the relationship between technical decisions and real consequences immediate rather than theoretical.

That experience continues to influence how I evaluate AI, data and enterprise systems. A recommendation, model output or technical capability is not the same as legitimate authority to execute.

Discipline and technical grounding

Military and Technical Foundation

My technical foundation includes military electronics training and experience in disciplined environments where procedure, evidence, systems interaction and safety boundaries matter.

That background continues to influence how I approach architecture: systems must remain dependable under pressure, not merely appear successful under ideal conditions.

Formal technical grounding

Technical Credentials

  • Microsoft Certified Trainer — MCT
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer — MCSE
  • Microsoft Certified Database Administrator — MCDBA
  • SQL Server, enterprise BI and analytical platforms
  • Modern full-stack, cloud, data and AI-system development

Patent-pending work

Original AI Architecture

I am the inventor behind U.S. patent filings addressing external validation, execution control, drift stabilization, identity, trust and quantum-resilient protection for autonomous and adaptive AI systems.

The contribution is architectural: identifying recurring system-failure patterns, formalizing the mechanisms surrounding them and applying those mechanisms through conditioned authority, externally validated state, execution-boundary enforcement and correction.
